Green Climate Fund Approves USD 28.4 Million Climate and Water Project for Yemen

On 27 October, the Green Climate Fund approved Yemen’s Climate and Water Information Management and Early Warning Systems project, with a total value of approximately USD 28.4 million, including a USD 24.73 million grant and USD 3.647 million in co-financing. The project will improve climate monitoring, water-resource management and early-warning services.
