Mauritania Advances a 730-Kit Programme to Support Youth Employment and Business Activity

On 30 October 2026, Mauritania’s public procurement portal published a notice for the acquisition and distribution of 730 startup kits for trained young people under the Ministry responsible for youth employment and civic service. The procurement is financed through the state budget, with the award scheduled for 3 November and implementation expected to begin on 27 November 2026. The total procurement value was not disclosed.
