Invest-NL Commits €5 Million to Dutch Electric Aircraft Developer VÆRIDION

On 5 November, state-backed investment institution Invest-NL announced a €5 million investment in VÆRIDION, which is developing a fully electric nine-passenger aircraft called the Microliner. The aircraft is designed for a target range of 400 kilometres and aims to support lower-emission regional flights. The investment creates opportunities in electric aviation, aircraft components, engineering and regional airport services.
